Charles Daney's Being and Nakedness site provides information about Lucy Irvine and Castaway - her best-selling story record of a year spent on a tiny island halfway between Australia and New Guinea as companion to Gerald Kingsland. The book was made into a film starring Amanda Donahoe and Oliver Reed, directed by Nicholas Roeg. Roeg also directed the film of Walkabout.
There's certainly a lot of nudity in the book (not so much male nudity in the film!), and it is very natural - whether or not it is associated with sex. At least one review of the film used the word "prelapsarian", which I've since noticed cropping up a little more often than is strictly appropriate. I thoroughly recommend the book, and Gerald Kingsland's story of his several attempts to live as a sort of Robinson Crusoe, The Islander.
